A $50-$100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking in a treatment. Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Failing to show to an appointment will forfeit the booking fee and a complete pre-payment will be required before booking another appointment.

We will always offer a full facial assessment by our experienced nurse and specialist medical officers where we will assess your face, identify your goals and come up with a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with and in control of. Results will vary with each patient. All non-surgical medical aesthetic treatment will require a thorough consultation and medical review. Not all treatments are suitable to everyone. Every treatment and procedure have associated risks, side effects and down time. No content posted on this website is a substitute for medical advice.

It is advised to come 5-10mins before your appointment time. If you arrive later than 10mins post your appointment start time we may have to reschedule your appointment and charge you your deposit.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the deposit and appointment. Full payment is due at the time of service. You can choose an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment if you choose to do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay and Zippay. We do not accept checks.

Please advise us during your consultation of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for those who have certain conditions and a doctor’s clearance may be required prior to starting treatment. Please note that individuals who have received injectable treatment (including Dermal Fillers and Anti-Wrinkle injections) must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed (except LED). Individuals prescribed Isotretinoin Therapy must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified (12months post purchase date) and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Unfiltered Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost or stolen. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are not valid with any other offer / special at Unfiltered Aesthetics. Gift vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.

Unfiltered Aesthetics does not offer any refunds, returns, exchanges or credits. Unfortunately, schedule 4 medication, facial and cosmetic services, gift cards and skin care products are all non-refundable.
